For couples and multi-partnered people working through disconnection, conflict, or change.

Communication, trust, intimacy, and figuring out what you both actually need from each other/ whatever shape your relationship takes.

Nobody ever taught us how to communicate well, not at school, not at home. So if you and your partner struggle to talk to each other, that’s not a failing, it’s just something you were never taught.

Common issues I see

Problems I can help you with

  • Communication that turns into conflict & defensiveness before it turns into understanding
  • Intimacy and connection that's quietly gone missing
  • Wanting different things from monogamy, sex, or the relationship's shape
  • Big life transitions — a baby, a move, a diagnosis, a betrayal
  • Feeling like co-parents or roommates instead of partners
  • Relationship transitions and breakups/divorce
  • Attachment patterns and dating
  • Relationship Maintenance

Communication

Communication & conflict

Most couples aren’t short on love. they’re short on a shared way of talking that doesn’t escalate.

Different conflict styles

One of you leans in, the other shuts down, neither is wrong, but the mismatch needs a plan.

Old arguments on repeat

The same fight in different clothes. We work on what's actually underneath it.

Being heard vs. being right

Practical tools for slowing down enough to actually listen, especially mid-argument.

Trust

Trust & rebuilding

Whatever broke the trust (an affair, a lie, a slow drift), rebuilding it is a process, not a single conversation.

After an affair or breach of trust

Working through what happened without either partner being frozen in the worst moment.

Rebuilding after a big rupture

A structured way back to safety, at a pace that doesn't re-traumatise either of you.

Learning to trust again, safely

Tools for the hurt partner and the partner who caused the hurt, this isn't one-sided work.

Trust

Intimacy

Intimacy is more than sex. and when it goes quiet, it’s rarely obvious why.

Emotional distance

When you're living parallel lives instead of a shared one.

Physical intimacy that's dropped off

Touch, closeness and sex that's quietly stopped without either of you deciding it should.

Becoming co-parents, not partners

Finding each other again once the logistics of life have taken over.

Getting started

Sessions, in person or online

Sessions run online across the UK, or in person in Brighton, whichever suits you better. Most people start with a free initial consultation, a low pressure way to ask questions and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit before committing to ongoing therapy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes of course. You can learn more about issues I can help with on the sex therapy service page.

No. Any two (or more) people in a relationship they want support with are welcome, regardless of structure or how long you’ve been together.

That’s a very common starting point, not a barrier, part of the work is finding a shared goal you can both actually work towards.

Yes,multi-partnered and non-monogamous relationship structures are worked with as standard, not as a special case.

Individual sessions focused on your relationship are absolutely an option, and can still shift the dynamic between you but both/all of you need to be fully invested in the work to have relationship therapy.

Yes! Something I am a big fan of. We are not taught how to communicate so how are we meant to know. We often think of therapy for crisis but it’s a great way of keeping your relationship on track.
