You're not the first man to feel this way

You were looking for real answers. You just got handed the wrong ones.

Just by being here, reading this, you’ve probably already done a good chunk of the hard part. Noticing that something wasn’t working, and looking for a way past it, takes real self-awareness. That’s worth recognising before we go any further.

A lot of men end up here after time spent in red pill, manosphere or “alpha male” spaces, looking for answers to real questions: why dating feels impossible, why nothing feels like enough, why respect and connection seem so hard to get. Somewhere along the way it stopped working, or it started costing you relationships, self-respect, or a version of yourself you didn’t actually want to become.

That doesn’t make you broken, and it’s not something I’ll hold against you. It means you went looking for something real and got handed an incomplete answer. This is a space to work out a better one, at your own pace, without an audience.

This also isn’t about pushing a particular worldview on you. It’s compassionate, non-judgemental therapy that meets you exactly where you are, so you can work out what actually helps, not what you’re told should help.

Worth naming

What you've probably already worked out

If you’ve made it out of red pill spaces, you’ve probably already landed on this yourself: it was never women’s fault that you weren’t happy with your life. The rules, the strategies, the anger, they promised control and connection, but mostly they just gave you somewhere to put the blame. Recognising that isn’t nothing. It’s usually the first real step, and it’s exactly the kind of thing worth building on in therapy rather than carrying on your own.

A lot of the advice out there ties confidence to how you look, how much you earn, or how many people you can attract. That kind of confidence is exhausting to hold onto because it depends on things you can't fully control.

The work here is building something steadier: knowing your own worth isn't up for a vote, and doesn't need constant proof.

WHAT WE WORK ON

Practical, no-judgement support

Self-esteem & confidence

Built from the inside, not from status, control, or how many people you can convince.

Moving on from red pill thinking

Unpacking the ideas that shaped how you see yourself and other people, without a lecture attached.

Dating & relationships

Working out what you actually want, not what a forum or a course told you to want.

Anger & resentment

Understanding where it actually comes from, and what to do with it that doesn't cost you more.

Shame

About the past, about how you used to think, or just about asking for help in the first place.

Identity

Figuring out what kind of man you want to be, on your own terms, not a script you were handed.

Why this work matters

Men who come to therapy after this kind of thinking often make real, lasting change, not because they’re told they were wrong, but because they finally get space to work out who they want to be without an audience watching. Turning up is the hard part. Once you’re here, there’s no test to pass and nothing you need to have already fixed.

Getting started

Sessions, in person or online

Sessions run online across the UK, or in person in Brighton, whichever feels more comfortable. Most people start with a free, no-pressure chat, just a conversation, not an assessment, so you can ask questions and get a feel for whether it’s a good fit before committing to anything.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Most men I see this with weren’t looking for anything extreme, they were looking for answers about dating, respect and confidence, and found a version of them that doesn’t hold up long term. We can talk about it honestly, without a lecture.

No. This isn’t about convincing you of any particular worldview, mine or anyone else’s. It’s compassionate support that meets you where you are, so you can work out what you actually think and want for yourself.

No. This isn’t about deciding who was right. It’s about working out what’s actually helping you and what isn’t, and building from there.

No. Most men I work with on this haven’t done anything drastic. They’ve just noticed their thinking wasn’t working for them any more and want something different.

That’s completely normal, and it’s not something you need to arrive with an answer for. We start wherever you actually are.

Yes. What’s said in sessions stays between us, with the standard exceptions any UK therapist has around risk of serious harm.
