I'm here to help you untangle the messy, complicated bits of sex, gender and relationships in a space that feels safe and shame-free.

My sex therapy approach
It's time to cut through the noise.
My approach in Sex and relationship therapy is about cutting through the noise – what you’ve absorbed about how a relationship, with yourself and others, “should” look, whether that’s from social media, family or friends.
I’m here to help you understanding yourself, your desires, and your relationships, whatever that looks like for you.
There’s no benchmark to meet. We’re all different, and when we focus on what we “should” be doing, we tend to lose sight of what we actually need.
Whether you’re navigating low desire, sexual identity, intimacy issues, asexuality, or relationship dynamics — alone or with partner(s) — this is a shame-free space to explore your own path.
From never having had sex, and not being sure you ever want to, to exploring kink and ethical non-monogamy, you’re welcome here. My practice is inclusive of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences.

My commitment to inclusion
Everyone is welcome in my practice, whatever your race, gender, sexuality, culture, religion or disability. That’s not a tickbox exercise for me, it’s personal.
I’m queer, neurodivergent and a woman, and I’m also very aware of the privilege that comes with being white and cis. That awareness shapes how I work: the education, the reading and the unlearning is on me, not on you.
Too many people from marginalised groups end up doing the exhausting work of teaching their therapist who they are, on top of the work they actually came in to do. That’s minority stress, and it’s not something you should have to carry in here. I’m committed to turning up already having done my homework, and to keep learning long after I think I’ve got it right.
That commitment doesn’t stop at the therapy room door. It’s part of why I built Cliterally The Best, a sex education platform reaching hundreds of thousands of people, covering everything from trans sexual health to neurodivergence and intimacy. For me, inclusion isn’t something to talk about, it’s something to keep actively working towards.
We're always learning (and unlearning)
