A 50 min one-to-one therapy session ongoing. Either weekly or bi-weekly. Available in-person in my Hove Practice or online from anywhere in the UK.

Low-income sex & Relationship therapy

A 50 min sex and relationship therapy session. Either weekly or bi-weekly. Please enquire for session rates. Capped at 12 sessions max. I only have 3 slots available at one time, if I am full I will put you on a waitlist.

A 90 min practical guidance and sex education session. Not ready for therapy or just need some straight answers? These sessions are not therapy.
For in-person Brighton-based sessions
My Therapy Room
While most people prefer online sessions these days, for the comfort of their own home, I also offer in-person sessions in Central Hove.
Some people prefer to meet face to face, so I like to keep this option open. Because fewer people choose it, renting a whole office isn't financially viable, so I rent a room by the hour instead. That's why in-person sessions cost slightly more.
Transport: The nearest bus stop is George Street South and for those driving there is a multi-storey car park on Norton Road, near Hove Town Hall, a 5-minute walk from the room towards Brighton. Parking costs £1 per hour, payable by meter or mobile.
Finally, there's a large Tesco opposite the room. Parking is free for the first 30 minutes, and free for up to 2 hours if you spend £5 or more in store.
This location does include stairs, so if you need a wheelchair-accessible therapy room, let me know and I can book one in central Brighton instead.
